Lincoln & Nick in Nairobi, Kenya

Lincoln, along with SUTL's new Assistant Director Nick Bank, traveled to Nairobi, Kenya where they met with the SUTL Champions from all over Africa!

There were ten nations represented by the eleven in attendance! A Champion is a "Rep" so to speak...one who has been trained to represent our ministry and teach/preach/train others in the message and method of SUTL. Most have translated the booklet into their own primary languages and some secondary languages as well.

They met at a beautiful Christian retreat center just outside of Nairobi. Their days were filled with sharing, updates, prayer, fellowship and of course, further training in SUTL.

Lincoln and Nick brought over a number of helpful resources for the Champions and they were thrilled to receive them. They are SO grateful. Some of them live in dangerous setting with radical opposition religious groups and political groups. Just this year, one of their churches was burned down and they had to flee to the jungle for a while for safety.

The last day, Friday, was a very special day of encouragement, blessing and commissioning them all. It was a moving time when God touched hearts in a powerful way. One Champion summed it up by saying, "This was a LIFE-CHANGING week!" We thank the Lord for that and also that not one of them was sick or got sick during the whole week including travel.
